Post-Covid. New channels for the gastronomic experience in the UK

The new reality with regard to health is forcing us to try and find new business models. We’ll be exploring the paths they follow.

Based on the experience and perspective that being the CEO of one of the most important top-end Spanish food groups in the UK provides him with, Marcos Fernández will be revealing what the new channels are to reach the public in a post-Covid framework.

The virus will pass, but some of the business models that have been explored with its emergence may coexist with traditional ones or with others that are still to be defined. What are these new opportunities that are emerging in the catering business? We’ll be going deeper into this by looking at the UK, one of the countries that have been hit the hardest by Covid-19 but which also most widely accepts changes in consumption.
