Learning about how a chef’s creative process works is always something magical.
Pedro says that in the beginning is tradition, but that without the chef’s creative thinking this has no evolutionary value. This chef who has been astounding people in Jaén works without a script, but always has the local landscape in mind in the background. His reflections at the congress will be portraying the new horizons that can be discerned, beyond the olive groves, in the gastronomic history of his local region through a presentation sponsored by Jaén Provincial Council.
