The Golden Gueridon will go to Txomin Rekondo, who has one of the best wine cellars in the world at his restaurant in San Sebastián.
Txomin Rekondo’s famous wine cellar, which contains an incalculable amount of top-quality wines, is receiving the congress Golden Geuridon this year. Rekondo has devoted his entire life to his passion for wine and the result is a wine cellar that has been rated by Wine Spectator as the fifth best in the world.
A wine temple organised into five wine cellars, each one devoted to a specific category, each one with its distinctive characteristics regarding light, temperature… Wines from Spain, Europe and the world.
