The San Miguel-National Potato Salad Championship is now in its third year.
Carles Abellan’s Tapas 24 (Barcelona), was the restaurant with the best potato salad in 2018; followed in 2019 by the Candado Golf restaurant (Málaga) run by Javier Hernández. And during this virtual San Sebastian Gastronomika-Euskadi Basque Country congress we will find out which the best Spanish potato salad is in 2020.
