It is said that Cafeteria Donald is the last romantic bar in Seville, something that owes much to Mariano García Romero. He entered as a waiter verging on coming of age in a brand-new Donald and, today, he is its sole owner, after his two partners retired a few years ago: Manuel Japón and Juan Pazos.
The exquisite service provided to customers and high level of quality of the products are testament to the project of this Sevillian lover of bullfighting, whose faithful customers include bullfighters and other celebrities.
