Marcos Fernández is the CEO of Ibérica Restaurants, one of the most important high-end Spanish food groups in the UK. This is a Project that he founded together with the chef Nacho Manzano and which currently has several restaurants.
Fernández has been successfully developing business projects in creative industries for more than twenty years. He began working in the world of the arts and publishing and then quickly moved to the music industry. Looking for a new industry with high potential, taking the plunge into gastronomy seemed an obvious step. The result has been Ibérica Restaurants.
