Eneko Atxa cooking goes back to his roots and is also poetical: the sublimation of the product through aesthetics on the plate. And it follows a socially engaged philosophy: health and the environment.

At only 43 years of age, Eneko Atxa is one of the most important figures in international gastronomy.  National Gastronomy Award 2015, he runs the Eneko restaurants in Larrabetzu*, Bilbao*, London, Tokyo and Lisbon, as well as the original Azurmendi restaurant -three  Michelin stars and Most Sustainable Restaurant in the World according to The World’s 50 Best 2018-, amounting to a total of five Michelin stars.

A symbol of poetry on a plate, the Biscayan forms part of the technical Committee of San Sebastian Gastronomika and last year at Madrid Fusion he was European Chef of the year, among other awards.
